Adam Solomon was wonderful to work with. He didn’t use pressure tactics to make a sale & was very accommodating. It was Ryan in the finance department that I wasn’t happy with. I felt very pressured to buy the extended warranty. While my last car I purchased from Spitzer 16 years ago a TSX., we never had any problems & felt we bought a very good product. Ryan made us feel as if the new car would malfunction any day. Causing us to lose.confidence in our purchase.

I had done my homework and knew what I wanted before arriving. Both Lynne Osborn and Jeremy were great to deal with and were both very knowledgeable. The process took a little longer than I expected and I didn’t get my price for my trade but I felt they did a great job with everything else.

I took my new car for the first scheduled maintenance
I took my new car for the first scheduled maintenance ahead of the recommended schedule. I was advised by the service department that I needed my rear differential fluid changed at around 7000 miles. After I agreed to it to keep my warranty, I asked to get my owner’s manual out of the vehicle. The owner’s manual indicated that it did not need to be changed until between 15,000 and 30,000 miles. I was also told that an indicator light came on my dash saying that it needed completed. I am very careful to complete all maintenance to maintain my warranty and took pictures of the service screen before taking the car in for maintenance. There were no indicators that any service was needed at that point (including an oil change) as I was just taking the car in ahead of schedule because of an upcoming trip. I’m disappointed and feel that I cannot trust this dealership.

Recently visited Spitzer Acura after speaking with Dakota about a new ADX. He was very helpful and responsive, both over text and phone call, and ended up leasing the same day that I visited the dealer. They provided more information and a significantly better deal than another dealer that I had spoken with. We were able to drive the car off the lot the same day. I am very happy with my new vehicle and I would recommend Spitzer!
