I took my new car for the first scheduled maintenance ahead of the recommended schedule. I was advised by the service department that I needed my rear differential fluid changed at around 7000 miles. After I agreed to it to keep my warranty, I asked to get my owner’s manual out of the vehicle. The owner’s manual indicated that it did not need to be changed until between 15,000 and 30,000 miles. Very disappointed with my recent service experience. I brought my low-mileage vehicle in for an inspection, oil change, and wheel repair, only to later discover the dealership charged me nearly double what the third-party wheel repair actually cost them. No one reviewed the final bill with me before payment, and when I called to question the large markup, the explanation only added to my frustration. Between the attempted upselling, credit card surcharge, and lack of transparency, I left feeling taken advantage of instead of valued as a customer. Unfortunately, they have lost my future business for both sales and service.
Although the service was great the time waiting was not. I waited over 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

We liked the sales person (Adam). Once we started negotiations for the price/trade-in, it started feeling like every other dealership - claiming they were losing money on the deal (which we know is not true), but holding to the price within a couple hundred dollars. We stayed with them because of Adam. The verdict is still out on the dealership based on our subsequent service visits.

We feel like we were misled. We were sold a 2020 Acura TLX Tech Pack. Nowhere did it state that the parking sensors were not functioning. They are not only not functioning, where the button should exist there is instead a blank cover. Additionally, it appears that the control for the distance between cars when using cruise control is non-functioning. Would be great if we could have these features fixed as we fully anticipated that they were in working condition as advertised.

Went in for oil change pros: nice people, it was easy to schedule and fast service Cons: expensive- I’ve never before been charged for so many things à la carte like this; it should not be $150 for an oil change which didn’t include all of the recommendations i said no to. I just wish there was more transparency and explanation into what’s absolutely needed versus all of the optional things you don’t really need. I can’t believe an Acura needs so much more than the Honda I previously owned
They have had my car for over 11 days because it takes so long for parts come in. They still waiting for parts

Did not have a good experience at this dealership. I was high pressured by the sales person in order to meet a monthly quota. The wheels were not cleaned to my satisfaction, and was mentioned to the sales person. Even though there was no financing, the final paperwork was totally rushed.
Best service department I have ever dealt with.
It took about 7 months to fix the noise on the steering wheel. I’m disappointed that we had to replace the right control arm because it was squeaking noise: dry ball joints after 60000 miles only.
